Since 2021, I’ve been on a creative journey, sharing over 1,000 penguin cartoons on LinkedIn. These aren’t just cute illustrations, they are a playful way to explore the depths of leadership, based on my 20+ years experience of managing and developing diverse teams. I’ve seen first-hand how empathy, engagement, and collaboration can transform organisations and people, leading to positive results.

My leadership journey has been shaped by my own introverted nature, which I’ve learned is a strength, not a weakness. I am on a journey to help build a world where we can all confidently lead with empathy and authenticity.

Beyond my work in leadership development, I’m a husband, a father of three, the family dog walker, and a lifelong artist. I bring all of these experiences to the page and to the penguins, hoping to inspire more art and more thoughtful leadership in the world.
